Subconsciously fused with the matter of the earth, the genetics of the outer layer take on biological and geological characteristics. The ion exchange, gleaming in my skin under the moon and the night winds of the rift; I absorb through my nerves, the heart of the planet again. Automatizing limbs of chromataphoric grace, I am the Terrrestrial, I thrive with the sphere. The night turns to dawn. Harness heat for respiration. The photosynthesis begins and I blossom. We turn to the east of the night and rise to the everlasting sun. With arms outstretched, we hold the day. Sabaceous glands secrete toxic matter formulated for what I deem evil. This specialized weaponry is useless against others of my species, for we have moved beyond. Pins in the stratum corneum deliver poison or potion according to the nature of the ritual. I stumble upon a human, a primitive, frozen body. A beautiful, yet sad creature never realized to full potential. The etchings of agony in your expression. I have uncovered you from the snow. No need for my poison, for when the sun comes up, rot away. You are waste. You had the power to change.

Croyez-le ou non, j'ai écouté cet album en intégralité, et sans interruption ! Si, si, je vous assure ! Bon, d'accord, j'avoue que j'ai pensé à deux ou trois reprises à appuyer sur pause, histoire de souffler un peu. J'ai même prié à un moment pour qu'il y ait une coupure de courant, trouvant ainsi le prétexte idéal... mais non ; d'une traite vous dis-je ! Le pire dans tout ça, c'est que je ne regrette même pas.
